Product Description
Kiwi fruit powder is produced from the fresh pulp of the kiwifruit (Actinidia Lindl.) by juicing, drying and milling. The drying step is controlled to keep the powder free-flowing and to limit colour loss, since the chlorophyll that gives the fruit its green colour is heat-sensitive.
