Composition
Maitake is notable for its vitamin content: vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin C, together with carotene. Protein and amino acid content vary with the cultivation batch, so the parameters that apply to your order are those stated in the batch Certificate of Analysis.
