The source of oryzanol
Oryzanol mainly exists in the hair bran oil and its oil feet, and the content of oryzanol in the rice bran layer is 0.3-0.5%. When rice bran is heated and pressed, oryzanol is dissolved in the oil. Generally, the content of oryzanol in the crude bran oil is about 2% to 3%.
