Sodium copper chlorophyllin salt solution is transparent green, color with the increase of concentration and deepens, light and heat stability is good, is internationally recognized as food natural pigment. Water-soluble transparent emerald-green, deepen with the increase of concentration, light resistance, high-temperature resistance, stable performance. In a 1% solution with a pH of 9.5~10.2, calcium will precipitate when pH is lower than 6.5. Slightly dissolved in ethanol, the precipitate is prone to occur in acidic beverages.
