3.Using isolation frost before going out.
4.Drinking more water can keep the respiratory tract moist.
5.Try to breathe through your nose rather than your mouth.
6.Cleaning your face,mouth and your nose when going back to home.
7.Using green plants in your house to purify air.
8.Buying a good air purifier if possible.
9.Don't stay out for a long time.
10.Eat more fruits and less spicy to ensure nutrition.
